For International orders Katerno.com has partnered with Bongo International.
Bongo offers our international visitors the ability to make purchases from our website. The steps to checkout on our site using the Bongo International service are as follows:
1) Sign up for Bongo’s Mail Forwarding Service Using Bongo's service can save customers up to 82% off typical international shipping rates. Once your order is completed, all inquires about your order should be directed to the Bongo International Customer Service Department. Questions regarding international shipping costs or time frames for this service should be directed to Bongo.
Bongo International’s Personal Shopping Services allow you to purchase US goods and get what you want, where you want it.
Payment
We currently do not proccess international credit cards. For international orders we accept only wire transfer, west union or check. You may contact us for bank information if you would like to use wire transfer. Using a check may delay your order as we will need to wait until the check clears to send out the products. International checks will normally take 7-10 days to clear.
Financing We provide financing for international orders through a 3rd party company. Financing is avaliable only to customers and orders that qualify for our financing program. We may also offer NET 15 or NET 30 terms to qualified businesses who have a purchasing history with Katerno.
