Shipping Policy

When does my product ship?  

 

 

 

Most products are shipped the same day as long as the order was placed before 2PM EST unless specified otherwise on the product detail page. Some items ship directly from the manufacturer or are custom made. For those items please refer to the product page to get the estimated lead time. Shipping may be delayed if there is a problem processing the credit card information. Please DO NOT assume products will ship from our NY location as items may ship from other warehouses in different states depending on availability. Please contact us if you have a tight time deadline for your order.
What shipping carriers do you use?  
We mainly use Fedex / UPS to ship items within the United States. For bulk orders or orders for large/heavy items such as tv's, we may use freight carrier service from Manna Logistics or Roadway to ship the products. If you prefer us to use a specific carrier of your choice you may contact us after placing your order to arrange the shipment. In certain cases we also allow the use of the customers own accounts with Fedex, UPS, or Roadway to ship products.
How much does it cost?  
You can see the shipping cost of your order on your shopping cart. Note that some large items such as TV's 32" or greater have high shipping cost due to the fact that they require "White-Glove" Delivery. Where a special truck is used to deliver the units.

*Shipping cost to Hawaii, Alaska, United States Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam can be higher. Please contact Katerno Sales Team for the shipping quote.
How do I track my package?  
Once you place your order and the product is shipped you will recieve a shipping confirmation email which will include your tracking number(s). You can also check your order status through Katerno.com. Just click order status on the top bar.
Do you ship internationally?  
We use a 3rd party company for all international shipments. On the "my cart" page click the "International Checkout" button. There you will be able to calculate total shipping costs. After the order is placed and verified the product will be shipped to the International Checkout Warehouse and then forwarded to your location. To learn more about this service please click here.
Do you ship to a PO Box?  
Most items cannot be shipped to a PO Box. If you would like to know if the item you want to purchase can be shipped to a PO Box, please send an email to sales@katerno.com.
Shipment of Knives  
Due to new laws in New York State we can not longer sell or ship locking/folding knives, fixed blades or swords to residents of New York State.
Do you charge Tax?  
We only charge tax for orders that are shipping to New York or California. Tax exempt organizations are not charged tax as well. If you are a company looking to resell our products please provide a reseller tax ID form to be exempt.
