When does my product ship? |

Most products are shipped the same day the order is placed as long as it is before 4PM EST. Special Order products usually take between 1-2 weeks for the product to arrive because they are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. |

| We mainly use Fedex to ship items however we may use UPS, DHL, or USPS if the situation calls for it. If you prefer us to use a specific carrier of your choice you may contact us after placing your order to arrange the shipment. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| You can see the shipping cost of your order on your shopping cart. Note that some large items such as TV's 32" or greater have high shipping cost due to the fact that they require "White-Glove" Delivery. Where a special truck is used to deliver the units. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| How do I track my package? |

| Once you place your order and the product is shipped you will recieve a shipping confirmation email which will include your tracking number(s). You can also check your order status through Katerno.com. Just click order status on the top bar. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Yes we do however the shipping costs that are shown on katerno.com may not be accurate. It is best to email us at sales@katerno.com to get an accurate quote on the total shipping cost to your country. Note that we may not ship to some countries. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
